    Renovations + New Construction

    This service option is intended for clients who are looking for us to design and execute their job from start to finish. This option is best suited for new builds or projects that involve construction and renovation. Working with your Construction Team, we will provide design and project management services through all phases of the project from initial design, drawings, elevations, selections, procurement, and final installation.

    Furnishings + Styling

    Our Home Furnishing services are best suited for clients who need assistance with furnishing layouts and sourcing all of your furniture, art, decor, and window treatment needs for two or more rooms. Light trade or construction elements like lighting, built-ins and wall treatments are factored in on an hourly basis. We handle all aspects of the design process. from layouts, selections, procurement, storage, installation and styling.

    Design-Only

    For Renovations and New Builds only. Our Design-Only Service is ideal for clients who are working directly with a builder or contractor but desire a comprehensive, cohesive design plan created by our team.

    This service includes the development of detailed design drawings, curated hard finish selections, and visual renderings to clearly communicate the overall vision and ensure alignment before construction begins.
