    Our Home Furnishing services are best suited for clients who need assistance with furnishing layouts and sourcing all of your furniture, art, decor, and window treatment needs for two or more rooms. Light trade or construction elements like lighting, built-ins and wall treatments are factored in on an hourly basis. We handle all aspects of the design process. from layouts, selections, procurement, storage, installation and styling.

    Boutique Commercial Design

    Our Commercial Interior Design Services are tailored to our boutique commercial clients, including but not limited to retail shops, restaurants, hotels, and office spaces. We love the challenge of mixing artistic elements with the functional needs of commercial design. We assist with the initial concepts, drawings, elevations, selections, furnishings, procurement, and final installation.

Our design process is thoughtful, highly detailed, and carefully managed from start to finish. From initial concept development through final installation, our team oversees every aspect of the project to ensure a seamless and elevated experience for our clients.

We handle the countless details behind the scenes — from design planning and selections to procurement, coordination, and communication with contractors and trades — allowing you to enjoy the process without feeling overwhelmed by it. Whether your project involves a full-scale renovation or the transformation of a single space, our goal is to create a home that feels cohesive, functional, and deeply personal to the way you live.

  • Our Design Discovery phase is the foundation of every successful project. This is where we take the time to truly understand you, your home, and the way you live before any design decisions are made.

    The process begins with an initial Discovery Call followed by an in-home consultation, allowing our team to walk through the space, discuss your goals, and better understand the functionality, aesthetic, and lifestyle needs driving the project. During this phase, we gather information about how you live in your home, what is and is not working, your priorities for the space, and the overall vision you hope to achieve.

    We also use this time to determine the full scope of the project, establish priorities, discuss investement expectations, and identify opportunities that will have the greatest impact both functionally and aesthetically. Equally important, this phase allows us to get to know one another and ensure we are aligned in communication, vision, and expectations before moving into the design process.

  • The Design Concepts phase is where the overall vision for the project begins to come to life. During this stage, our team gathers detailed site measurements and photos and develops preliminary layouts and space planning.

    We take a deeper dive into your aesthetic preferences by exploring inspiration, discussing likes and dislikes, and refining the overall style direction for the project. From there, we begin developing your design foundation, including color palette direction, material inspiration, and the overall feeling you want your home to evoke.

    This phase also includes early conversations surrounding project investment and budget alignment to ensure the design vision, scope, and expectations are thoughtfully considered from the beginning. By the end of the Design Concepts phase, we have established a clear creative direction and strong design foundation.

  • During the Design Development phase, the overall vision for the project begins to take shape in a more detailed and intentional way. Building upon the approved concept direction, our team refines layouts, develops design details, and thoughtfully curates the materials, furnishings, and finishes that will bring the space to life.

    This phase includes sourcing and selecting furnishings, lighting, plumbing fixtures, materials, textiles, and decorative elements, while ensuring every selection works cohesively within the overall design vision. We finalize furniture layouts and space planning to ensure proper scale, functionality, and flow throughout the home.

    Our team also develops detailed elevations and drawings for custom millwork, cabinetry, tile layouts, and other architectural features as needed, ensuring all design details are thoughtfully considered prior to construction and ordering. Throughout this process, we carefully balance aesthetics and functionality, while refining every layer of the design to create a home that feels elevated, cohesive, and deeply personalized.

  • The Implementation phase is where the project fully comes to life and our team manages the countless moving pieces behind the scenes to ensure a seamless execution. During this stage, we oversee procurement, ordering, vendor communication, tracking, and coordination to ensure all furnishings, materials, and design elements are delivered accurately and on schedule.

    Our team manages communication with vendors, trades, and the general contractor throughout the process, providing design clarification, reviewing progress onsite, and ensuring the design intent is carried through during construction. We coordinate receiving and inspection of items as they arrive, addressing any damages, discrepancies, or issues before installation takes place.

    As installation approaches, we carefully organize and prepare all furnishings, accessories, artwork, and styling elements to ensure a cohesive and thoughtfully layered final result. Throughout this phase, we continue to oversee project details, site progress, and trade coordination so our clients can enjoy the excitement of seeing their home come together without the stress of managing the logistics themselves. We then have the honor of welcoming you home into your new spaces!
