This 1920’s Tudor on one of our favorite streets in Whitefish Bay needed a first floor refresh, with the kitchen at the heart of the transformation.

This first floor remodel was designed to create a more functional and cohesive home, with the kitchen as the primary focus.

The existing kitchen was reimagined with improved flow, thoughtful storage, and custom cabinetry designed around the way our clients live. Quartzite countertops, warm wood tones, and timeless finishes bring natural beauty and character to the space while maintaining a refined, inviting feeling.

Throughout the first floor, we carefully considered each space to create a seamless connection between the kitchen and surrounding rooms. We relocated the entrance to the powder room to provide more privacy. We updated the entryway to give the family more dedicated storage and keep their front living area clutter-free. The result is a home that feels both elevated and effortlessly livable.
