Tidal Financial Group—Walkers Point Offices

For Tidal Financial Group’s Milwaukee headquarters, we embraced the character of the historic building while creating a workplace that feels decidedly contemporary.

Original cream city brick, timber beams, and industrial details provide the foundation, while rich color, tailored furnishings, and layered textiles bring warmth and personality to the space. A deep blue palette moves throughout the office, balanced by cognac leather, warm woods, and aged brass.

The result is a workplace that feels less like a traditional corporate office and more like a destination. Comfortable lounge areas, cafe-style seating, and a bright, fresh conference room encourages collaboration while giving employees places to work, meet, and recharge throughout the day.

Throughout the project, we leaned into the building’s existing character. Vintage-inspired pieces, sculptural lighting, abundant greenery and comfortable upholstered seating add a residential sensibility, creating an environment that feels welcoming, elevated and distinctly Tidal.

The finished office reflects a company that is modern and forward-thinking, while remaining connected to its Milwaukee roots.
