A New Build with Soul | Waunakee, Wisconsin

The goal for this Waunakee new build was simple: create a home that felt as though it had a story to tell.

Rather than leaning into the predictability of a brand-new home, we layered in character, patina, pattern, and personality throughout, creating a home that feels like it has always been there. Every detail was intentional, from the finishes, to the lighting, furnishings, upholstery, and styling.

Custom touches can be found around every corner. Beautifully tailored upholstery, collected patterns, unexpected details, and a thoughtful mix of textures give the home a sense of warmth and depth. Pattern play was a particularly important part of the design, bringing energy and personality while still maintaining the timeless, classic feeling we love.

And perhaps most importantly, the home was designed around the people who live there, our wonderful clients. Our team personalized each of the children's rooms around their individual interests, hobbies, and favorite things, making their spaces feel uniquely theirs rather than simply beautiful rooms.

The clients were an absolute joy to work with, trusting us to push the design and create something deeply personal. The result is a home that feels collected rather than decorated. We are so excited for our clients to enjoy this beautiful home for many years to come and we are honored that we got to be part of it.
