Nestled on the shores of Green Lake, we transformed this sweet but needed some love lake home into a timeless cottage. The result: a warm and inviting retreat for a family of four. With a rich history and deep emotional roots, the home was reimagined to honor its legacy while creating space for modern-day living and entertaining.

This full first-floor renovation was a complete gut remodel—including the kitchen—to open up the layout and capture the stunning lake views from every angle. We added a new fireplace as a cozy focal point, layered in wallpaper, intricate millwork, custom cabinetry, and statement lighting to bring depth and charm to every corner.
