In the world of home design, delays and surprises will pop up. That’s exactly why we rely on strong, proven processes that cut out the guesswork and keep everything clear from day one.
We keep the lines of communication open from start to finish, so you always know what’s happening, when it’s happening, and what to expect. No radio silence. No surprises (except the good kind — like bubbly on install day, which we fully support). From our first conversation to the final install, every step is clearly laid out and thoughtfully managed.
Our goal? To make the design experience as effortless for you as the space is beautiful — so you can focus on the fun parts and trust that the rest is under control.
Our Process

The first step in your design journey begins with our Design Inquiry. Your answers here will help us understand more about you and your project. This tool also helps streamline the design process to ensure a good fit for our services and will help guide our conversation in our next step: our Complimentary Discovery Call. The more detail you can include here, the better!

During our 20 minute complimentary Discovery call, we will ask you a lot of questions and listen closely to your answers. Your answers tell us so much about who you are, what matters to you and what you love. This call will help us understand more about your project goals, timeframe, estimated project investment, and will help us decide, together, if we are a good fit.

After our Discovery Call, the next step is to set up an In-Person Consultation at your home or in our Showroom (or virtual visit if an in-person visit is not feasible). This step will allow us to meet in person and get to know one another. Interior Design is such a personal and intimate experience and this step is crucial as we have the opportunity to understand how you function in your space. During the Consultation, we will take a lot of notes and will even begin some of the design process goals such as prioritizing project scope and elements and discussing a design direction and potential layouts. The In-Person Consultation takes about one hour and the investment is $500.

After your Consultation, we will prepare a customized Project Proposal for your review. Your proposal will include all of the project elements we have discussed, our overall recommendations, your estimated design investment and our initial design vision. Once you have had the time to thoroughly read over the Proposal, we like to hop on a call or virtual meeting to discuss any questions you may have. Once you are ready, we will send over a Letter of Agreement to get you on our project calendar.
