This one’s special. From the moment you step inside, there’s a calm that settles in—the kind that makes you exhale a little deeper and think, I could stay here forever.

When we first met this house, she was sweet — but definitely needed some love. So we rolled up our sleeves and gave the entire first floor a fresh start.

We started by taking the first floor down to the studs. The kitchen was completely gutted, walls were opened up, and the layout was reshaped to let the lake do the talking. Now, no matter where you stand, those sweeping views are front and center—exactly as they should be.

To balance all that light and openness, we added layers of warmth: a new fireplace to anchor the living space, wallpaper that adds quiet character, custom cabinetry, and intricate millwork that makes every corner feel thoughtful. Statement lighting finishes it off—functional, but with personality.
